President Xi Jinping delivered an important speech at the meeting celebrating the 25th anniversary of Hong Kong's return to the motherland and the inaugural ceremony of the sixth-term Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The Civil Service Bureau held a session today (July 7) on "Spirit of the President's Important Speech" at the Central Government Offices. The Chief Executive, Mr John Lee, attended as keynote speaker, so as to enable the participants to obtain a deeper understanding of the spirit of the President's important speech. Over 100 participants attended the session today, including Secretaries of Departments, Deputy Secretaries of Departments, Directors of Bureaux and other Principal Officials, Members of the Executive Council, as well as Permanent Secretaries and Heads of Departments.
