The Secretary for Labour and Welfare, Mr Stephen Sui, attended the "Tackling Barriers Through Sport" Campaign Kick-Off Event organised by the Hong Kong Rugby Union Community Foundation. The Acting Secretary for Labour and Welfare, Mr Stephen Sui, attended the presentation ceremony of The Employer of Choice Award 2016. Speaking at the ceremony, Mr Sui said that the current-term Government introduced various measures to enhance the quality of local workforce and unleash the potential of labour force in different sectors, with a view to uplifting both the quantity and quality of the workforce while developing labour resources in Hong Kong.
