Measures to Promote Employment of Persons with Disabilities

The Government is committed to implementing various measures to promote the employment of persons with disabilities, enabling them to engage in productive and gainful employment in the open market based on their abilities. Major measures include job matching services, providing allowances for employers and persons with disabilities, strengthening employment support and vocational rehabilitation and training services, and offering grants to non-governmental organisations to set up social enterprises, etc., so as to create more employment and on-the-job training opportunities for persons with disabilities and unleash their potential.
