The Secretary for Labour and Welfare, Mr Matthew Cheung Kin-chung, met the visiting Vice Minister, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, Mr Hu Xiaoyi. Mr Cheung briefed Mr Hu on Hong Kong's existing social security system and various government policies on manpower planning, vocational training and retraining. They also exchanged views on manpower and social welfare issues of common interest.
