The Secretary for Labour and Welfare, Mr Matthew Cheung Kin-chung, speaks at the Flag Presentation Ceremony for the Hong Kong Delegation. Mr Cheung says the biannual "WorldSkills Competition" provides a platform for the young participants to exchange experience which in turn can help raise the professional standards of various trades.
