The Secretary for Labour and Welfare, Mr Matthew Cheung Kin-chung, attended the opening ceremony of Po Leung Kuk Wan Chai Home for the Elderly cum Day Care Centre for the Elderly. Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr Cheung said that elderly care tops the current-term Government's policy agenda. The Government is committed to fostering an age-friendly community that encourages active ageing.
